LEGAL ASPECTS AND EFFECT WORK FAMILY CONFLICT, JOB INSECURITY, AND TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP STYLE ON TURNOVER INTENTION

Purpose: The objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between legal aspects, work-family conflict, job insecurity, transformational leadership style, and turnover intention..
 Theoretical framework: role theory proposed by Khan et al. (1964) emphasizes individual's social how it effects his conduct in workplace society.
 Design/methodology/approach: This investigation quantitative nature. subjects were 200 SME employees Palopo City who selected using a procedure random sampling. Through media, online questionnaires with Likert scale ranging from 1 5 distributed collect data. employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), whereas SmartPLS 3.0 was used for data processing.
 Findings: Legal aspects play crucial determining level intention an organization. For instance, laws regulations pertaining employment contracts, compensation, benefits, security can directly impact employee's satisfaction leave their job. Additionally, requirements such as mandatory flexible working arrangements reduce conflict enhance employee well-being. Moreover, frameworks development training foster styles that have been shown decrease among employees. Therefore, understanding workforce help organizations develop effective policies practices address ultimately employees.
 Research, Practical & Social implications: are success small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) Indonesia. Compliance regulations, those related labor rights, security, SMEs attract retain skilled talented styles, which engagement satisfaction, be developed nurtured through programs. By complying providing training, Indonesia improve productivity, innovation growth, contribute economic both organization country whole.
 Originality/value: explores family Job Insecurity, Transformational Leadership Style on intention, psychological attachment has not explored theoretically tested empirically Indonesian context.
